H2O Student Update!!!

H2O was kinda weird last night.

The service started off good and we played a game with paper airplanes and someone brought muffins. Then once we started the videos the computer froze up, and when Michelle and Ashley started Praise and Worship the key board wouldn't work. Needless to say, we had a few technical difficulties yesterday. But we got everything taken care of and ended up having a great night

This week we are continued our series on the 5 things that all Christians must do, and those 5 things also lead us to become Campus Missionaries. We are talked about how we must Tell people about the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

Everyone made a paper airplane and got to throw it during the game! I'm surprised about how many people do not know how to make paper airplanes! We are going to have to teach more paper airplane making classes in our schools :D

Announcements:

1. Last week we took our second Speed the Light Offering. Because of what the students gave we raised another $61.35. That brings us up to $123.07 which is %12.3 of our over all goal to raise $1000. AWESOME JOB H2O!!! Our next STL offering is in 3 weeks on August 25.
2. The Amazing Back to School Race is August 25th. Its coming quickly. This night is entirely dedicated to Fun, Messy, and Challenging Games. Start inviting your friends now. Our goal is to have 100 Students here at H2O that night.
3. Baptism: August 8th is the next baptism service. If you would like to be baptized please contact the church office (305.271.4094). All participants will receive a free watermark t-shirt.
4. Hot Dogs and Hamburgers!!! For the next few weeks the royal rangers will be selling hamburger and hot dog meals. Each meal comes with a Hamburger or hot dog, chips, and a drink and its only 3 bucks! That is less than what it costs to eat at home, and way cheaper than eating off the dollar menu at McDonald's. All proceeds go to help royal rangers.
